Return & Refund Policy for Our Unstitched Suit Store

We aim to provide you with a smooth, transparent, and satisfying shopping experience. Since we deal in unstitched suit fabrics, we request you to carefully read this policy before placing your order. This policy explains your rights, responsibilities, and our process regarding returns, refunds, and shipping.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange. We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:-
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

All requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

  1. Return Request Timeframe

You must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under normal circumstances.

  1. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange:-

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched
  • The fabric must not be cut, dyed, or altered in any way
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The product should be returned in the same condition as delivered
  1. Mandatory Proof for Claims

Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue. An unboxing video is highly recommended for damaged or missing item claims. Without proper proof, return requests may be declined

  1. Special Note for Unstitched Suits

These are fabric materials and not finished garments. Once the fabric is cut, stitched, washed, or altered, it becomes non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Slight differences in color, texture, or print are normal due to lighting, dyeing process, and screen display.

  1. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:- Change of mind after purchase. Minor color or design variation. Delay in delivery due to courier issues. Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer. Items without original packaging or tags.

  1. Return Shipping Responsibility

In case of defective or incorrect product, we may arrange return pickup or reimburse shipping charges. In other approved cases, the customer may need to send the product back at their own cost

  1. Refund Approval Process

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund

  1. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. It may take additional time for the amount to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

  1. Refund Method

Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method. COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit

  1. Deductions (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. In case of missing items, damage due to customer handling, or incomplete return, deductions may apply

  1. Exchange Instead of Refund

In some cases, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
