We sell unstitched suits (fabric sets) online. These usually include fabric for top, bottom, and dupatta. These are not ready-made outfits and must be stitched according to your personal measurements and style after purchase.
- Product Details
Each product description clearly mentions. Stitching, lining, or accessories are not included. We try our best to show accurate colors, prints, and designs. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or your screen settings. Product images are for reference only.
- Fabric & Quality
Some fabrics may be hand-dyed, printed, or embroidered, so minor variations in color, texture, or design are normal. Small irregularities are not considered defects but part of the product’s uniqueness. Customers are advised to check fabric details before placing an order.
- Pricing & Offers

- Orders & Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Orders are processed only after successful payment or confirmation (in case of COD). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.
- Payment Methods

- Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within the mentioned processing time. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
- Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within the specified time (for example, 7 days after delivery). The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after quality check and may take a few working days.
- No Return After Cutting or Stitching
Once the fabric is cut, stitched, or altered in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect the product carefully before use.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within a reasonable time.
