Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days. Delivery may take longer (5–10 days) for remote or rural areas. Unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or high order volume
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are clearly shown at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on minimum order value
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is available on selected locations and order values. We may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch. Repeated fake or unaccepted COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for that user.
- Order Tracking & Updates
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the provided link.
- Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, we are not directly responsible for delays caused by them. In case of lost shipments, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier company.
📦 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery. Provide proper photo/video proof for faster resolution. Without timely reporting, we may not be able to process the claim.
